Standard domestic shipping takes 3-5 business days. For custom builds, please allow an additional 2-4 weeks for our luthiers to complete your instrument's final setup.

We offer a 30-day return policy for all standard electronics. Items must be in original packaging and condition. Please note that fully custom-built guitars are non-refundable.
