At Grays Custom Guitar Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tone. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack With Care

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Shop

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring it is insured for its full value.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our luthiers inspect the electronics and condition of the return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 3-5 business days.
